WebCreationAU employ over 50 design and development staff and as such we are confident with the wealth of experience we afford to you. When you submitted your Creative Brief at the beginning of your development we assigned who we believed was the most appropriate designer from our team. Design is an incredibly subjective field and as such it is worthwhile noting that we don’t profess to get it right all the time.
If you feel that your designer is not right for you, the communication on the project is not satisfactory or that your requirements are simply not being interpreted correctly we are happy to offer the options below to help move things forward.
We will look again at your creative brief and assign a new designer to the project. Your designer will touch based before starting any work to ensure you are happy with their interpretation of your brief.I would like to move forward with this option
We will assign a project manager who will be your main point of contact by phone or email until the project is completed. All our Project managers come from design or other related fields and as such are more than qualified to assist you in making your project a success.I would like to move forward with this option
It is always worth keeping in mind that we offer unlimited design revisions at a fixed cost. This allows us to ensure you will be happy with your design work if you wish us to continue acting as your design agency as we will never shy away from making amendments or creating fresh designs.

With your design work signed off we are halfway to completing your project and as such are very keen to overcome your development issues and move to completion. We have several options that are available to you to move the project forward depending on your situation
We will assign a dedicated project manager to oversee the remainder of your project. The process with your project manager on board will begin with the creation of a detailed plan of action including timeframe.I would like to move forward with this option
